Outkast's Andre 3000 To Start Gentleman's' Clothing Line June 04, 2004
After years of rocking eccentric, jaw dropping outfits, Outkast's Andre 3000 is scheduled to launch his own clothing line next spring.
While Dre has been spotted sporting everything from blonde wigs to football helmets, Dre is now often seen in blazers and ties - a signature of the gentlemen's movement with Farnsworth Bentley. Bridging eccentricity with class, the new line called Designs by Benjamin Andre is likely to be influenced by Ralph Lauren, whom he credits as one of his idols.
"It will be out next spring. There will be something for everybody, whether you want to dress up or down, and there will be a lot of classic finery," Andre told the Sun. "It will make an impact."
